This component is optional; it’s up to the organization or the project sponsors to decided if a feasibility assessment is necessary to include in the project so; section. It takes a lot of time but has it a lot of advantages.There are numerous components that need to be covered for feasibility assessment such as summary, environment, objectives (performance and function), and operational or site impacts.


Degree of Difficulty Assessment

As the name suggests Degree of Difficulty Assessment is in charge of the system’s complexities as well as issues in regards to change management, and available resources. It also reports tipping a scoring model for calculating decisions.


The Need for Risk Assessment

Additionally, a risk assessment ins necessary for project selection since there’s a need to evaluate the possible risk of threats that may disrupt the project selection process.
