Process Based Management

Management approaches are used to view a business as a collection of processes, managed to achieve a goal. This is a temporary endeavor designed to produce a unique product, service and results with a definite criteria. The procedure to be used should make it possible to move toward the fulfillment of the company goals and aligned with the company’s vision.

  • Stage2. Measures

Factors such as shifts in consumer demands, changes in the general economy and the need of modification of product have significant impact to the entire production. Therefore, the basics of project-based management always call the attention of the managers to evaluate current procedures in light of new developments.

  • Stage3. Analysis
