Last stage is the closeout and evaluation, after the entire process had completed and a product has been delivered, an evaluation is necessary to highlight the success or learning form the mistakes of the undertaken activity.

 

The criteria set by the client have to be achieved and make sure that the product will be paid by the customer. Should there be lapses in the project processes, these have to be looked upon and learn from it. Being able to identify as to where it went wrong will help the company avoid the same mistake when having the project management processes in the future.
